Agricultural Products
Gingoni undertakes various design projects in the small to medium scale agricultural environment. These are all customer specific taking into consideration the Customer's specific requirement and within their specific environment. These include general hydraulic design of pumping systems and pipework as well as more specific components such as weighing systems and sorting systems.

Two stage food product sieve
The unit was designed specific to the Client's requirements and will sieve the product in three categories, i.e to large, within required spec and waste.
This was all previously done manually and with large variances in the final product.
Because it is being used in the food and packaging environment the construction is mostly out of Stainless steel.

Pea depotting unit Model 500/32
The unit is designed to depot up to 800kg of fresh peas per day and only requires one operator to operate the machine.
The unit is manufactured from mostly Stainless steel parts as it is being used in the food and packaging environment.
Hydroponic Growth pod washer
Hydroponics uses growth pots containing the growth medium in which the seedlings and plants are grown. Upon harvesting the plant is removed from the pod and processed. After harvesting the pods are required to be cleaned and disinfected before it can be re-used. This ensures that harmful bacteria and other illnesses are not transferred to the new seedlings.
The pod washer is designed to wash these pods mechanically and in bulk and with that improve productivity of the business/farm.
The unit is designed to process up to 8000 growth pods per hr.
Seeding rollers
Seeding rollers are designed to improve the speed and consistency of growing seedlings in mass volume.
With a single roll over the seeding tray indents are made in the growth medium which is consistent in depth and spacing. This increase the speed with which seeds can be planted and ensure that germination of the seeds in all the trays occurs during the same time period because the micro environment of each seed is now the same.
Rollers are manufactured as standard for 98, 128, 200 and 228 polystyrene and plastic trays.
However special trays can be accommodated on special request.
