Gingoni's owners and staff have accumulated a wealth of knowledge in the design and construction of Waste water treatment plant products over the past decades and have applied this knowledge to design high quality products fit for use in the waste water sector.
In addition to supplying new equipment we also source spares for maintaining the large number op products supplied to this industry by the likes of Biwater, Botjheng Water and Ames Crosta in particular, but not exclusively.

DEGRITTING EQUIPMENT
Effluent entering any sewage treatment plant contains a certain amount of inorganic grit. These serve no purpose in the plant's biological treatment and requires removal.
However because flows into plants vary, and therefore at low flows not only grit settles but also organic material which is required in the balance of the plant.
To solve this our regretting equipment use a set of mechanically driven paddles which maintains a constant velocity at all times in the vortex degritter and thereby ensuring that only inorganic grid is removed.
GRIT SCREW CLASSIFIER
Grit is removed from the vortex degritter either by air lift or mechanical pump.
In both cases it contains a large amount of water.
Our screw classifiers are purposed designed to remove the grit for disposal while returning the water to the plant for treatment.
AXIAL FLOW PUMPS
Gingoni offers a range of axial flow pumps.
These are low lift, high volume pumps generally used in the wastewater and mine water treatment industry.
They are either belt or gearbox driven.
DISTRIBUTORS FOR BIOFILTERS
Gingoni offers the full range of distributors for use with biofilters.
These include two arm units, four arm constant flow units, four arm dual flow units.
For smaller plants we also offer a range of variable flow units which can take a flow varying from 0 L/S to a designed maximum capacity.
